Lovely three-roomed apartment for rent in Santa Caterina, (Uppest Side), nearby Porto Selvaggio (900 m) along the beautiful Salento’s coastline, 10 km away from Gallipoli.
A private large veranda, (40 meters), well equipped with a table, chairs, a bench and a large piece of canvas, (that will provide you with a real shelter from the midday sun), as well as a shower, will be the ideal scenery for your outdoor dinners.
Small living room with a separate kitchen corner, a fire-place and a gas stove, 2 bedrooms, (each with bathroom - one with double bed and another with bunk beds), ideal for a couple or a small family.
The apartment is fully furnished, (crockery included), equipped with a 14 inches TV and installed ceiling fans in the leaving and bedroom, there is also air-conditioner. A small closet in the veranda hosts a washing machine carefully secured by a lock.
A garage for your car is available and access is given by a ramp located near the apartment.
Pets are not allowed.
The apartment is newly built, (2003), has excellent thermal insulation and mosquito nets to the fixtures. We strongly recommend that you keep it tidy and in the same conditions we delivered it.
Above all be respectful for the neighbourhood and keep quiet.
Sea is very close to the site, about 900 meters and you will be in Porto Selvaggio’s Bay.

Rate is all inclusive, (water, electricity, gas, initial and final cleaning of the apartment, use of washing machine and TV). No extra required.
Upon request, however, we provide bedlinen and towels and you will be charged by an extra fee of 10 €/person.
We expect you to pay 30% of the total amount on booking and the balance upon arrival.
The apartment will be available from 15.00 on your arrival, (Saturday) and we ask you to leave it at 9.00 the departure date.
